ProPeers is a specialized SaaS platform designed for skill development, peer mentorship, and cohort-based bootcamps. It helps ambitious professionals connect with verified industry leaders for 1-on-1 mentorship, interactive group sessions, and structured career sprints.
As Senior Product Designer, my objective was to redesign the entire platform across web and mobile. We focused on eliminating onboarding drop-offs, streamlining the mentor discovery funnel, creating a frictionless session scheduler, and establishing Design System v2.0 in Figma to dramatically accelerate engineering iteration.
Simplified User Experience & Style Guide System
We redesigned the platform architecture using a unified design system in Figma — standardizing typography, color tokens, and responsive component auto-layouts across web and mobile.
Optimized Widgets
We used customizable, modular widgets to simplify scheduling, skill competency scores, and live feedback, making key session actions instantly accessible.
Frictionless Slot Reservation
Replaced 5 separate confirmation dialogs with an integrated timezone-detected calendar slot widget. Learners can lock in a session in under 15 seconds.
Scalable Component Library
Engineered over 120+ reusable Figma components and semantic design tokens for web and mobile, slashing UI discrepancies and engineering QA turnaround by half.
Curriculum & Streak Tracker
Interactive visual charts tracking assignment submissions, mentor feedback ratings, and weekly learning velocity.
Intuitive Design
During the design process, we focused on drastically reducing cognitive load. Clearer visual hierarchies, predictive slot pickers, and intuitive micro-interactions guide users through each mentorship milestone.
